We operate across all 16 regions of Ghana. Our primary base is in the Bono (Ahafo) Region, with daily routes to Accra, Kumasi, Tamale, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Ho, Bolgatanga, and major district capitals. For remote destinations, please contact us to confirm availability.
You can book through our online customer portal at any time, or call/WhatsApp our operations team during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7 am–8 pm). After submitting your request, you will receive a booking reference and one of our staff will confirm availability within 2 hours.
You will need a valid national ID (Ghana Card, Passport, or Voter ID), a confirmed booking reference, and proof of payment of the deposit. For corporate bookings, a company letter of authorisation may also be required. We do not require a driving licence for chauffeured hires.
Currently all our vehicles are offered on a chauffeured basis (with a professional AT&L driver). This ensures safety, local route knowledge, and full compliance with our insurance cover. Self-drive options may be introduced in future.
We accept Mobile Money (MTN MoMo, Vodafone Cash, AirtelTigo Money), bank transfer (GCB Bank), cash at our office, and cheques for approved corporate accounts. All payments are receipted and reconciled within 24 hours. Online card payment is coming soon.
Cargo pricing depends on distance (origin to destination), cargo type (standard, fragile, bulk, refrigerated, or hazardous), weight, and volume. You can request a free quote through the portal or by contacting our logistics desk. Express and urgent surcharges apply for same-day and next-day deliveries.
Booking Terms
- • Minimum rental period: 1 day (24 hours)
- • Valid Ghana ID or passport required at pickup
- • Security deposit refunded after vehicle inspection
- • Cancellations more than 24h in advance: full refund
- • Fuel is the responsibility of the renter (unless stated)
- • All vehicles are comprehensively insured
