How do I book a vehicle with AT&L?
You can book online through our fleet page, call us directly on +233 32 XXX XXXX, send a WhatsApp message, or visit our office in Kumasi. We respond to all enquiries within 2 hours during business hours.
Are all AT&L drivers licensed and vetted?
Yes. All our drivers hold valid DVLA Ghana licenses, have passed rigorous background checks, and undergo regular training in safe driving, customer service, and first aid. School transport drivers receive additional child safety training.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled service receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 25% fee. For special events and logistics, please refer to your individual booking agreement.
Do you provide vehicles for out-of-Kumasi trips?
Absolutely. We operate across the entire Ashanti Region and undertake intercity trips throughout Ghana including Accra, Takoradi, Cape Coast, Tamale, and other major cities. Additional charges apply for long-distance routes.
