Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ahafo Transport & Logistics website and the transport, rental, and logistics services we provide. By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and quotes

Quotes are estimates valid for the period stated and are subject to vehicle availability. A booking is confirmed only once we issue written confirmation. Prices are in Ghana Cedis and may include applicable taxes and deposits.

Payments

Payment terms, deposits, and balances are set out at the time of booking. Late or non-payment may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellations

Cancellation windows and any applicable fees are communicated at booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a service due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, in which case we will offer a rescheduled service or a refund of amounts paid.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Ghanaian law.
